DELIVERY POLICY

1. Overview

At AestheteCraft, we specialize in premium nail care and beauty services, including 3D Nail Embellishments, Luxury Spa Manicure & Pedicure, Acrylic Nail Extensions, Gel Nail Enhancements, and Classic Manicure & Pedicure.

As our offerings are service-based rather than physical products, the term "delivery" refers to the scheduling, provision, and fulfilment of appointments and services.

2. Appointment Confirmation

  • Upon successfully completing a booking, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another approved communication channel.
  • Your appointment will only be considered confirmed once confirmation has been issued and any applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.

3. Service Fulfilment

  • Services are provided in person at our designated premises unless otherwise specified.
  • Treatments will be carried out on the date and time agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • The duration of each appointment may vary depending on the selected treatment, consultation outcomes, and individual client requirements.

4. Arrival Policy

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
  • Late arrivals may result in:
    • A shortened treatment session, or
    • The need to reschedule the appointment

This policy helps us maintain appointment schedules and minimize disruption to other clients.

5. Rescheduling and Changes

  • Appointments may be rescheduled by providing at least 48 hours' advance notice.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred alternative appointment time, subject to availability.

6. Missed Appointments / No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without sufficient prior notice may result in:
    • Forfeiture of any deposit paid
    • A full or partial charge for the booked service

7. Service Availability

  • All services are subject to the availability of qualified staff, treatment equipment, facilities, and appointment slots.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to:
    • Operational requirements
    • Staff absence or unavailability
    • Equipment servicing or maintenance
    • Unexpected events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Should such circumstances arise, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment where available.

8. Pre-Treatment Requirements

To ensure services are delivered safely and effectively:

  • Clients may be required to complete a consultation form and provide relevant health information, allergies, or sensitivities to nail products before receiving a service.
  • Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in the modification, postponement, or refusal of a service.

9. Post-Treatment Care

  • Aftercare guidance and recommendations may be provided following your service.
  • Results may vary depending on the condition of your natural nails, individual factors, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
