4. Bookings and Appointments

• Appointments must be scheduled through our website or approved communication channels
• A booking confirmation will be provided once your appointment has been successfully secured
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements

Clients are encouraged to arrive promptly. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session or the need to reschedule the appointment.

5. Payments

• All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (¥), United States Dollars ($), and Hong Kong Dollars (HK$), and are subject to change without prior notice
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking
• We accept payment methods as displayed and specified on our website

Failure to complete the required payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
