Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

All purchases are final. Refunds are only granted under the specific conditions listed below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

  • The coupon remains unused and is still within its validity period
  • The e-coupon was not delivered successfully
  • There was a duplicate charge or incorrect billing

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Changes due to the customer’s personal situation
  • Failure to use the coupon before its expiration date
  • Missed appointments or failure to attend a scheduled session

Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund, please email admin@aesthetecraft.com with your name, order ID, and the reason for your request
  • Requests must be submitted within 5 days of the purchase date
  • Alternatively, you may request a refund in person at designated physical stores in Hong Kong or Japan
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
