REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At AestheteCraft, we are committed to delivering premium nail care and beauty services, including 3D Nail Embellishments, Luxury Spa Manicure & Pedicure, Acrylic Nail Extensions, Gel Nail Enhancements, and Classic Manicure & Pedicure.

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all payments made are generally non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances specifically outlined within this Refund Policy.

2. No Refunds for Completed Services

  • Once a booked service has been fully provided and completed, refunds will not be issued.
  • Service results may vary between individuals and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

3. Deposits and Advance Payments

  • Deposits paid to secure appointments are non-refundable.
  • However, deposits may:
    • Be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when sufficient notice is provided within the permitted timeframe
    • Be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation, missed appointment, or no-show

4. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The appointment is cancelled within the applicable notice period and no request for rescheduling is made
  • The scheduled service cannot be delivered by us due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons
  • A duplicate, incorrect, or erroneous payment has been processed

Any refund approved under these circumstances remains subject to review and final management approval.

5. Allergies and Adverse Reactions

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or reactions to nail products before receiving a service.
  • We cannot accept liability for adverse reactions where complete and accurate disclosure has not been provided.
  • Refunds will not be granted based solely on dissatisfaction with service results or individual reactions unless such issues are determined to have arisen from proven negligence on our part.

6. Service Unsuitability

  • If, during the consultation process and before the service begins, a service is determined to be unsuitable for a client, we may:
    • Recommend a more appropriate alternative service, or
    • Offer a service credit or refund at our sole discretion.

7. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement has been mutually agreed upon
  • Actual processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment service provider

8. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

  • Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened or, where necessary, their appointment cancelled.
  • Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, late arrivals resulting in service loss, or no-shows.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to revise, update, or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication.
